Zest is a friendly, inclusive group for anyone who wants to explore creativity in a supportive, understanding space. We welcome people who may face barriers in everyday life — including learning differences, autism/Asperger’s, physical disabilities, mental health challenges, or difficulties finding or sustaining work — as well as those who simply want to connect, create, and feel part of something positive.
There’s no pressure, no judgement, and no expectation to “fit in”. Whether you’re young or older, confident or quiet, experienced or just curious, Zest is a place to be yourself, express your creativity, and belong. Everyone is welcome. Every Monday from 11.30 till 2 pm at The Livvy! There is a small charge of £5.00 with the option of a lunch deal for £3.50.
